Jeremy Topham-Smith has been teaching pilates for seven years. He works with a broad range of clients, from athletes and ski instructors to remedial cases and clients who just want to keep fit.

Jeremy offers training in public classes and to private clients. Following assessment each client is offered an individual training programme so as to achieve the fullest benefit from their sessions.
